Embroidery FAQs

Is there a Minimum order quantity ?

+36 quantity is the minumum order for screen printing per design.

You can have a mix of sizes to meet the minimum of 36 qty.  

If the design needs to resizes for smaller garments a new set of +36 qty is required. 

How long does it take to receive an order ?

Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks. Once the order is approved and paid in full the order is released to production. Need it Faster ? Contact us to Expedite your order. 2-5 day rush may be available.

Is there a Setup Fee ?

Yes, Embroidered orders have a $45.00 setup fee.

Screen Printing orders have a $20.00 per color setup fee.

Transfers do not have a setup fee.

Can you embroider any logo?

Our team of top tier designers will work with you to make your design feasible.

Will your embroidery last a long time?

We guarantee the quality of our embroidery services because our products are manufactured using the best equipment in the industry (Tajima) and the best quality materials. Your embroidery will last longer than the garment upon which it is printed.
