Orders are placed online or with an account manager. Call 702-685-6270 or send an email to Info@aliveprintshop.com to get in contact with our team and place an order. An account manager can set up a wholesale account and provide product and pricing questions.
Can I receive a proof before my order is placed? +
We provide a digital proof to review prior to printing and embroidery. Please proof carefully.
How long does it take to receive an order? +
Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks. Once the order is approved and paid in full the order is released to production. Need it Faster ? Contact us to Expedite your order. 2-5 day rush may be available.
Is there a minimum order quantity? +
Screen Printed T-shirts & Apparel - Minimum 36 qty
Embroidered Apparel - Minimum 12 qty
Full Color Transfers - Minimum 10 qty
Do you offer screen printing? +
Yes we offer Screen Printing as a decoration method on t-shirts, sweatshirts, & most apparel items.
Do you offer embroidery? +
Yes, we offer embroidery for Hats, Polo shirts, Jackets, bags & Apparel items.
Is there a setup fee? +
Yes, Embroidered orders have a $45.00 setup fee.
Screen Printing orders have a $20.00 per color setup fee.
Transfers do not have a setup fee.
How can I receive my order? +
We offer 3 ways to receive your order.
1. We ship nationwide with UPS & Fedex
2. We offer local delivery in the Las Vegas area
3. We offer local pickup at our showroom/Print Facility
