What is the turnaround time?
There is a standard 2-week turnaround time. The timeline begins the exact day the order invoice is paid and the final digital artwork proof is approved.
We have a standard minimum of 36 units per order/design. Single-run individual shirts are not printed.
Production begins once payment is made and mockups are approved. Once in production no order changes can be made.
Three specialized production departments offer custom screen printing including specialty textures, vibrant full-color heat transfers, and high-quality embroidery.

Yes! Through a specialized fulfillment program, gear can be stored, custom branded boxes built, multiple items kitted together, and drop shipped to clients or departments nationwide.

We do not offer full custom design services and require final artwork files before production begins. Minor edits and simple artwork adjustments may be available for an additional fee on a case-by-case basis.
Is the graphic design work completely free?

Yes. Basic design layouts, vector file recreation, and artwork cleanup are entirely free.

Submit the artwork changes you would like to see. One of our design experts will input your requests and build a clean production-ready design for you.
Yes. Every design goes through the standard proofing process. A digital mockup detailing exact print dimensions and Pantone color codes must be approved prior to beginning production.
Yes. We offer professional logo vectorizing for an additional fee to turn blurry or low-quality artwork into clean, print-ready files. This service is separate from our free design templates and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
