One Look for Your Whole Team

A work uniform doesn’t have to be a stiff, rented outfit. For most Las Vegas businesses it’s simply the same shirt, in the same color, with the same logo in the same spot, on everyone who represents the company. Customers can tell who works there, crews look organized when they walk onto a job, and your logo gets seen every shift.

We make company apparel in-house: embroidery, screen printing, heat transfers and patches. That means one shop can put your logo on the polos your front desk wears, the tees your crew wears, the jackets for cooler months and the hats that finish the look, and keep them all matched.

Company shirts work best when your team needs to be recognized at a glance: staff who greet customers, crews working at a client’s home or site, and anyone representing your brand at an event.

Embroidery or Screen Printing?

Most uniform programs use both. The right method depends on the garment and how it’s worn.

Embroidery for polos, jackets and hats

Stitched logos look polished and hold up to daily wear. Embroidery is our pick for polos, button-ups, jackets, heavy fleece and hats. Minimum is 12 pieces per design, with a $45 setup fee.

Screen printing for crew tees and hoodies

For t-shirts and hoodies, screen printing gives you bold, solid color and a logo large enough to read across a job site. Properly cured ink holds up wash after wash. Minimum is 24 pieces per design. See t-shirt printing for blank options.

Not sure? Send us your logo and tell us who wears what. We’ll suggest a method for each piece before you see a proof.

PLANNING AHEAD

Uniforms That Still Match on the Next Order

Your team grows, people change sizes, and shirts wear out. A uniform only works if the reorder looks like the first order.

Keep your proof

Every order gets a digital proof showing placement, dimensions and Pantone ink codes. Keep it, and the next order can follow the same specs. Pantone matching keeps your brand colors consistent from run to run.

Mix styles, colors and sizes

You can combine different garments, colors and sizes in one order as long as the artwork, print size and ink colors stay the same. Polos for managers and tees for the crew can share one run.

Tip: when you order, add a few extra pieces in your most common sizes for new hires, so nobody waits on the next run to look like part of the team.

Finishing Touches for Company Apparel

A few extras make a company shirt feel like it was made for your business. We offer custom woven hem tags and interior neck label printing, and we can add custom patches (embroidered, woven, rubber or leather) to hats, jackets and heavy fleece.

When it’s ready, pick up at our showroom or have it delivered locally or shipped nationwide, which helps when you have locations or crews outside Las Vegas.

Work Uniform FAQs

Answers to the questions we hear most about company shirts and uniforms.

Have another question? Call (702) 685-6270, send us a message or read all our FAQs.

What’s the minimum order for company shirts with our logo?

12 pieces per design for embroidery and 24 per design for screen printing. You can mix garment styles, colors and sizes in that count as long as the artwork, print size and ink colors stay the same.

Should our uniforms be embroidered or screen printed?

Embroidery usually looks best on polos, jackets and hats. Screen printing is a great fit for crew tees and hoodies, especially with a large back print. Many teams use both; send us your logo and we’ll recommend a method for each piece.

Is there a setup fee?

Embroidery has a $45 setup fee. Ask us about your specific order and we’ll walk you through the full quote before anything is made.

How do we keep reorders matching?

Keep the digital proof from your first order. It lists placement, dimensions and Pantone ink codes, so the next order can follow the same specs and colors.

Can you put our logo on shirts we already own?

No. We don’t decorate customer-supplied garments. We supply the apparel, which lets us stand behind the finished product.

How long does a uniform order take?

Standard turnaround is about 2 weeks after you approve your proof and pay. If you have a hard deadline, rush may be available for a fee. Changes can’t be made once your order is in production.
