What are the minimum order requirements for production?
Screen printing and embroidery runs require a minimum of 36 units per design. This threshold ensures wholesale pricing.
Can different garment styles and sizes be mixed within a minimum run?
Yes. Apparel styles, colors, and sizes can be mixed as long as the exact same artwork, print size, and ink colors are used across the entire batch.
What is the standard turnaround timeline?
We have a standard 2 week turnaround time that begins on the date the order is paid and digital proof is approved.
Are customer provided goods accepted for decoration?
We do not accept customer garments for print orders. We have a wide selection of blanks customers can choose from.
Are you able to do rush orders with a strict deadline?
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee based on our current production schedule. Contact us with your order details to see if a rush turnaround is available.
